ROYAL ICING

3 tbsp meringue powder, 5 tbsp warm water, and 4 cups powder sugar.
Place the meringue powder and water in mixer using the whisk attachment whisk until stiff peaks start to form. Make sure to sift the powder sugar and start adding it to the mixer small amounts at a time. Blend together a good 5 min .
